This cozy hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the main square, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like radiators for chilly nights. The friendly staff is always ready to assist and provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast with a variety of options, including eggs, croissants, and fresh fruit. The hotel's charm and character add to the overall pleasant stay.

Be cautious about relying on the front desk to make restaurant reservations, as there have been some inconsistencies in the past.

This hotel is an absolute bargain! For such a great price, you get so many perks. The breakfast selection is fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, they offer warm drinks throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The location is unbeatable - just one block from the main square. It may be up a steep hill, but it's worth it for the views and the fact that you're close to everything in the city. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any arrangements or recommendations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious, nicely-appointed bathrooms. And the fact that breakfast is included is a definite bonus!

No complaints! Everything was just perfect.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the kindness of the staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We appreciated the complementary tea and oxygen provided to help with the altitude. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city center and we enjoyed being only a short walk away from all the sights. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and had a nice variety of options to choose from.

The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked space for our luggage. The beds were uncomfortable and we didn't get a good night's sleep.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with roomy and nicely-appointed bathrooms. It's evident that attention to detail is important to this hotel, from the basic amenities provided to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. As an added bonus, breakfast is included, and it's quite delicious with a variety of options available.

Spent Xmas at this cozy hotel and it was a fantastic experience. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location was a key aspect as we were only a short walk from the main square and all the great shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions. The best aspect for us was the complimentary hot drinks that were available all day--perfect for after a chilly day exploring.

The uphill walk to the hotel can be quite strenuous, especially considering the altitude, so be prepared for a workout. Additionally, the rooms can vary quite a bit, so it may be worth requesting a larger room in advance.

Additionally, the friendly and attentive staff go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast included is a great bonus, offering a variety of hot and cold options.

All aspects of this hotel met my expectations.

We stayed at a nice hotel during our romantic escape to Peru. the hotel is conveniently located near the tourist area, which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they provided us with a cup of coca tea upon arrival to help with altitude sickness. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from.

the traffic noise was quite loud, and the cobblestone road added to the disturbance.
