During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the kindness of the staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We appreciated the complementary tea and oxygen provided to help with the altitude. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city center and we enjoyed being only a short walk away from all the sights. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and had a nice variety of options to choose from.
The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked space for our luggage. The beds were uncomfortable and we didn't get a good night's sleep.

Spent Xmas at this cozy hotel and it was a fantastic experience. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location was a key aspect as we were only a short walk from the main square and all the great shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions. The best aspect for us was the complimentary hot drinks that were available all day--perfect for after a chilly day exploring.
The uphill walk to the hotel can be quite strenuous, especially considering the altitude, so be prepared for a workout. Additionally, the rooms can vary quite a bit, so it may be worth requesting a larger room in advance.

We stayed at a nice hotel during our romantic escape to Peru. the hotel is conveniently located near the tourist area, which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they provided us with a cup of coca tea upon arrival to help with altitude sickness. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from.
the traffic noise was quite loud, and the cobblestone road added to the disturbance.
